Mowatt's from Doncaster so suspect he's got an interest in how Wellens is doing rather than having any current interest in signing for us.

Not a rumour, but from some one on twitter.

Wellens, Hunt and Woolery now follow Alex Mowatt of Barnsley on twitter and he is following STFC.
Huddersfield are confident they will sign him in the next week apparently.

Would be a superb signing on paper. And a very surprising one. You'd think he'd get a club higher up.

Maybe we're going for a tiki-taka 4-6-0 formation this season.
It worked for Spain.

He would be excellent but I doubt we can read too much into a couple of players/staff starting following someone on twitter as there being a realistic chance of us signing them though TBH.

Often linked to Swindon - striker Kane Hemmings freed by Dundee yesterday. 1 goal every 2.5 games through his career.

After the club began negotiations to cut player wages in response to the financial hardships posed by COVID-19, Hemmings was the only player to not agree before 12 July. Hemmings reportedly agreed a wage cut, but eventually reneged and departed the club by mutual consent on 5 August 2020.

You wonder why they signed him really, still....

Wasn't McGilp the first of the Aussie youngsters who were coming in as the key objective of Clem's investment...

Read into his potential departure what you want....

We got McGilp from Birmingham so I doubt the 2 were connected.

Swindon has a long history of being the historical home of the most successful 4-6-0's in the uk.
