Bit of a gamble. Not done much since leaving P'boro quite a few years ago, admittedly at a higher level. Doubt he's cheap!

Sam suggested on twitter that we looked to sign him in the summer but was a non-starter surprisingly!

Bristol City signing El-Abd from Brighton. Quality defender for this level and experienced, would have fit the bill here assuming we are looking at defenders.

Probably well outside of our wage structure too whereas Shitty can still pay good wages...for this season at least.

Well, we know where we're goin'
But we don't know where we've been
And we know what we're knowin'
But we can't say what we've seen
And we're not little children
And we know what we want
And the future is certain
Give us time to work it out

Danny Haynes transfer listed by Notts County. Not really happened for him there but he has scored goals at this level and above.

I don't think Danny Haynes penalty has come back into orbit yet

It was a bad, bad penalty

Received an 8 month suspended sentence for assault in 2011. Wonder if he knows Nile?

I think the 'score more than we concede' model is quite fundamental to the game of football itself
