The wankers is still probably holding up his Huddersfield shirt like he did at our away leg up there.  Never forgive him for that.

BTW yes, we need a player like him

Sent from my SM-G935F

And yet, the last time we had a player of that type....Jonathan Douglas, we got relegated with what was widely regarded, as our poorest Div 3 side ever. JD played 39 games that season.

I note that LW keeps going on about improving the team's fragile mentality, which is good, but I doubt we have the players to do it with.

I noticed that Bristol Rovers again came from behind to win last night, something we could do with doing more often. They are in the play-off places now.

I was more concerned about Cov v Chesterfield.  A draw would have been handy. Wouldn't be a surprised to see Wilson collecting his P45 this week, they've had Evans back for a while, but haven't scored for 5 games.

We badly need 4 other teams to look worse than us....Cov seems unlikely, despite all their problems.

And Stewart is now valued at around £6mill and just signed a 5 year contract.

Williams is on the comeback trial with the U23s. Would be a useful Jan loan signing as can play in defence or midfield

I think we need to be looking at getting experience into the backline to play alongside Jones, not sure Williams would be what we need at the present time

May be a bit out of our league - both West Ham and WBA are interested

Not the first time Newcastle United have been mentioned RE: Vigouroux.

Seems odd given that they have Sels, Darlow, Elliot, Woodman... and Krul.

We'd get him back on loan until the summer if it were somehow true.

Don't think that is correct, he really needs to improve his kicking before he can be considered a £1m player, let alone £2.5!  Bloody good shot stopper though, and looked really confident today.

Not sure his kicking is really going to influence things much. As mentioned previously, do Newcastle really need him? Perhaps it is a case of one big team with some cash taking a punt before a competitor does. We could buy Wes back! Wink
