couldn't have asked for an easier FA cup run this year, hopefully the boys can get us into the 3rd round and we get a nice juicy tie

Yeah. We're ace at home!
There's no real point in thinking ahead to the 2nd Round, we're more than capable of losing at home to anyone.

For the 2nd Round, that's a good draw really. If we get through.

Watched the first 35 minutes or so of the game last night, Norris' header was over the line, but why didn't the big galoot put the thing in the corner! Our defence looked shaky first 20 minutes.

When was the last time we played Halifax? Not sure we've played them since I've been watching Town

I was there when Charlie scored his hat trick. I think he also hit the post. Nothing like a Friday night in Halifax.

My earliest memory of Halifax, was from 62, we were 3-0 up at the Shay with 20 to go and lost 4-3, including 2 in the last 3 minutes. Barry Tait was the Shaymen's shaman, carrying on the STFC torment from the synonymous Tommy. I've never taken anything for granted since We signed Ray McHale from Halifax.

And a certain Peter Downsborough who is also a Halifax lad.
