He's back! He's drunk but he's back!
I follow Talk Talk on his opinion on Tattoo's, but perhaps not vociferous! Once again each to their own.

Yeah, I can't say I'm a fan, but CUNT seems a bit far.

I once saw Jayo, with the word CUNT seemingly tatooed to his forehead, sadly it was only greasepaint. I know a few ladies going into their 50's who've gone for tattoos, on the basis they may stay fresher on ageing skin, not having been there for 30 years. Not averse to something discrete and hidden, on a woman, but so many just look like a Rorschach blot. Can be fun attempting a psychological interpretataion, mind

Yeah I got banned from the co-op once for that very reason. (Not even a joke, my friend had done it in pen and I didn't realise what it said.) Discrete and hidden is indeed the key in my opinion. Being covered in them is a big turn off. I've always wanted to do a Rorschach test on someone.

When I'm 50 all of my skin is going to look absolutely washed out shite
There are far less trivial things to regret when you get to that age I expect

Oh dear. You haven't reached the painful stage involving the nerve endings, have you? sadly now yes. Horrid, vile blisters as well. It's like a short electric shock. Did you take tablets for it at all?

I follow that argument to a point, but I also think of the people with aged skin I know with tattoos who don't regret it - and I can think of maybe 2 in about 20? It just seems crazy to me to think that anything you'd like in your 20s/30s would still be applicable to you when you're 70, especially if it covers your body or it's pointless (stars and shit). Myopic is the best word I can think of, but it's not the best word, cos I really don't care and think people should be able to do what they want with their bodies.

Can't remember, it was over 20 years ago. Those blisters left me with a couple of scars too.
