I think a championship club will come in for Stephens
Didn't cut it at Middlesborough last season!

We could do a lot worse than Turnbull.
The attitude towards Turnbull from some is typical of many of our fans. He was player of the season in the play-off year but of course that should be forgotten and just focus on the negatives.

They were flying high, though.... could be at a mid-lower championship club?

Or one of the newly promoted sides..

Totally agree, we did play him out of position as he is a cb and not a left back, exactly the same with NT in my opinion, could be one of the best right backs in the league, but he - and Turnbull - had to fit in to the system we played!

This is something that has frustrated me for quite some time!

Don't think that is going to happen.

Doughty coming in and relegating Rodgers to the bench (or beyond) would be a huge boost that's for sure.

Still want and think we'll get him, Turnbull, ST (Anderson?) at least in before September 1.

If we got Doughty, Turnbull, Stephens and Anderson then I would feel a lot more comfortable about the upcoming season.

Southend rumoured to be bidding for Doughty.

I reckon Doughty's going somewhere.

Southend seem to think they are on the verge of signing a attacking midfielder who scores a few who played in L1 last season.

Like to think if he's stepping down to L1 we'd be first in line.

Something like this has to happen (+ 1 more striker). Power isn't a complete dick when it comes to actual football. The lack of (serious) trialists this year makes me think he's got something up his sleeve.

Or he's given up and gone down the pub.

Anyone think there is a chance we actually don't sign anybody else?
