Never had any interest in Star Wars whatsoever.

The first couple of films back in the late 70's early 80's were fun. Understandably a bit old skool for a young thing like you.

I think I went to one of the films when I was about 9 because I fancied the boy I was going with. That was about the extent of my fandom.
I just don't get on with things that require a significant SOR. Not implying it's shit, just not my bag.
That said, no one other than the Internet has actually mentioned the date to me today.

Tax systems/regimes!
After having the fun of my first stab at the IRS approach (folded and paid an accountant after getting 7 different answers to how much tax I was due to have paid), I now have to file a Self Assessment for the UK. This should be easy and online, but requires me to register, part of which involves them sending a code by POST, which means it may take 3 weeks as it needs to go Par Avion. Not only that, I have to use someone else's software because the HMRC one can't do non Uk based submissions.
For both countries, look at your tax codes and systems for ways to spend less of the actual taxation you get! Bloody antiquated processes requiring far too much effort, no doubt supporting many thousands of people needing process everything.

What's reality?
Well to me, as much as one's epistemological and ontological perspectives may vary, reality does not currently involve spaceships. Or jar jar binks.

Or jar jar binks.
Now that is a silver lining on the increasingly dark cloud of reality
