I'll gladly pay me Ben, I'm sure you'll be at Colchester on Saturday....come say Hello and I'll pay you.

Doesnt bother me, Walrus bet me at the start if the season £200 we'd make the play offs

Although I thought Crouch was now on 6?? maybe I'm wrong.

I still disagree his first goal was his against Wigan, but its not for me to decide.

Being at uni without my own car it's not easy for me to get to away games several hundred miles away but I can get to Chesterfield and definitely Hartlepool so don't worry. My Dad will be at Colchester though so maybe I could send him to collect the money. Smiley

Ok. So someone's edited the thread to make all mentions of the name of Liverpools lanky ex pompey striker to read the name of this ex Manc, Villa, Blackburn etc etc, Trinadad and Tobago international striker.

Why?

Crouchy got his 10th of the season tonight and he's past the 6 in the league mark now. Seeing as I accepted the bet dv should really pay up the £100. Yes

Not opening up the old axe wound Ben but where are you getting 6 goals in the league from?

Only five according to the Premier League, 1 in the cup, 2 in other 'competitions' and his one for England.

What was the bet anyway, 10 goals for the season in all competitions surely you can't count the World Club egg cup as a competiton? Shocked

The bet was more than 6 league goals... i.e 7 or more.

As the lanky sod has only got 5, VD's still in pocket.

No he definitely has 6 premiership goals.

Two against wigan, one against newcastle, one against west brom, one against Everton and one against Fulham. He was only originally credited with one against Wigan so that'll be the reason for the premier league's mistake but that was overturned by the dubious goals committee so he now has 6 from 22 premiership starts.

He has 5 Ben, if it's a contentious goal then you've got to go by the book and the book says 5. The bet clearly says more than 6 goals too.

Haha whatever dave it's not a contentious goal, the final decision was made and they decided the goal counted, it's 6 goals.

Going by the book it is also 6 goals.
