Honestly don’t see that having previous league experience is necessary, don’t think Kieran McKenna (Ipswich) or Rob Edwards (FGR) had league experience before their first jobs, both of them did ok.
Just need to get someone who knows what they are doing, and are given the tools to do the job.
I’m assuming that Brennan was either offered a low wage, or was told he had to keep our existing coaching staff, and said “Fuck That”

Issue is to may will renew and keep him in situ. Not sure even relegation to the NL will wake people up tbh. Apparently we are a basket case and who would want to buy us? If Clem is not properly pressured into selling he won't |

You would guess any manager or coach that are decent if they do their homework will realise they are going to struggle:
Wont sign their own players all signed by DoF
Lack of training facilities
Fans at war with owner
No football experience behind scenes to help
Ex Vice Captain speaking to media about how bad things were
Assuming lack of pre season plans
Poor setup of football related roles (fitness coach, physio, sports science, nutritionist etc)
Club finished lower ever position and only head coach changing (or ass head coach)
No funds for transfers
Low end budget
Anything else ?
