Clem wants Gunning, Keily and co want Adams. Battle of wills as to who gets the final say in magaer appointments.
Is that what you've heard or more the conclusion you've drawn from looking from the outside?

A tough job for anyone to take on.
A restart every season, with us getting worse in the process.
Its an awful feeling.

Clearly Adams is the best of the two, says it all that Clem (who has demonstrated that he knows jack shit about how to run a football club) wants Gunning

Get ‘em both in as joint managers.
Would at least make the sidelines entertaining…

I was about to post something similar. Say what you like about Keily, at least he seems to have some kind of football brain in his head. Clem seems to just want mates that have been to his house in the dugout, which is frankly pathetic.

…are we sure Adams has no previous links to Kiely? Seems you can play 6 degrees of separation (well more like 2) with most of the people that come into the club. I assume they’ll be an agent link somewhere.

I would love to hear Morfuni's arguments in favour of Gunning. Where do you start? Comically clueless isn't he.

To be fair to Gunning he's a bit more than that. He has at least played the game and done some of his coaching badges. Its about getting the best man for the job though . So your point stands

Yeah, that's fair enough Batch. Gunning isn't as wet behind the ears in football terms as say, Anthony Hall for example.

Before the manager (or Head Coach) is appointed then there needs to be a shake up all over the club and then bring the new manager in - after announcing the changes and how what happened this season can not happen again - although judging by Clems program notes he thinks everything is fine

I was told this, no conclusions from me, no speculation on my part, thats as I have heard it is.

They could manage a single half of each match. Coin flip for who gets first choice of first/second half.

And still will be until an academy job comes up, nowhere near good enough to manage a 1st team as he has shown.
