Really shame if it is then In my opinion football needs people with character. Possibly Harry has a bit to much at the moment though.

Hope he learns from this, could have been a lot longer ban, we could struggle without him for the next 3 games just as he started to look like last seasons player again.
He’ll never learn

Some players never do, although hes not quite on the same level he is a bit hot headed like Robin Friday the ex Cardiff and Reading striker. Bags of talent and arrogance but also a bit of an idiot with it, his career was cut short by his issues, I hope Harry can change enough to have a longer career than he did, giving up football in his mid 20s with a similar career games/goals record as Harry now has too.

He’s 25 now.
The probability of him learning now I’d suggest is quite slim. Plus, you take the McKirdyness out of McKirdy and you probably end up with a much worse footballer.
At least his McKirdyness is childish rather than illegal or violent like a certain Ranger we once had

What a player Robin Friday was. The lower league George Best, oozed talent, sometimes out of the ordinary but in equal measures the watering holes of Reading where he would often be found only hours before kick off. Sadly his life ended very early, he went out with a bang in the script he wanted. Cracking read “The Greatest Footballer you never saw.”

Never got to see him play live but have seen a few highlights of him and he was very much like McKirdy in his "couldnt care less" outlook to playing and the way he used to just pick the ball up and run at players with a swagger and often score. Shame he had other demons that cost him his life in the end.

You are indeed correct. He threw a bottle and got a 3 game suspension from a sport while likely still being paid (maybe he will have to give a little back as a fine). If he had murdered the Ref he would of course be facing life in prison, which does indeed prove your point. The two are not alike at all, which is likely why he only got 3 games and not life in prison. Phew.

Wes kicked a bottle on the side of the pitch. A perfectly normal place you’d expect a footballer to be during a game.
Harry has gone into an area he shouldn’t have been in and thrown a bottle which he must have already had and not thrown until he’d entered that exact location he shouldn’t have been in.

It’s like me going into a supermarket picking up a bottle of water off the shelf, walking out the store with it and getting arrest for shop lifting and going ‘well I don’t get arrested when I take bottles of water out my house’
