But from a brief scan of the revised AoA, if they decide to sell they have to give notice to the company giving the company (or any of the other shareholders) the right to buy back the shares so unless Morfuni cannot or the other can't afford to buy =back can't see how it makes an ounce of difference, albeit I suppose it provides a way for another party (be it previous or presently unknown) to get involved. |

Yeah, sorry if that wasn't clear. I just wondered how they would know that she has had meetings with potential buyers. Again, not that I don't believe it, and I hope it's true they're actively talking to potential buyers of the club. |

I want to see Anthony Hall's views on how you can deal with a rat in the loft, or whether thinks you should pay for a tv licence (my money's on no).

No, it was clear mate. I've Genuinely no idea. I assume there is a source, but it's a perfectly valid question. The Dan Wood comment about the wife appointing Holloway was quite interesting. Probably why he's doing so well! |
