I would be renewing but incoming child + the huge increase in petrol & energy prices means it's a no. Gutted about it tbh, even though we haven't been great at home I've really enjoyed going this season.

I don't think the price changes are unreasonable, probably a bit short sighted on the kid costs as we need to get fans of the future in and the cheaper the better

I get the kids price increase is annoying and they will hardly be going by themselves so it’s not just that cost on it’s own, however in complete isolation £40 is a bloody bargain for 23 games

Even under 18s is great value isn't it. What's that, a fiver a match?

It is. And the price is fine.

By comparison Rovers seem to jump from u16 -> U21, totally ignoring that up to 18 you need to be in education or an apprentice these days.

I do find the family packs we have weak though. But if I look around maybe the cost of family+additionals works out similar to other clubs more inclusive family packs. Maybe on a rainy day I'll look into it

----

Edit : looking around, not everyone has "family packs" . This has surprised me somewhat. I'll stop moaning about them

Think yourselves lucky.  My son has become an Atlanta United fan, they don't even have the concept of child pricing and sell tickets via Ticketmaster with around a 10%+ service fee for each ticket.  To be fair, the stadium is pretty impressive and I enjoy taking him, it's all relative to the  value to you I guess.

I'd be intrigued to know the real terms increase in price of watching Swindon from 1996 lets say.  There was a period in the 90's/00's where it seemed like they ramped quite quickly, but I don't think the price of entry is any different now than when I left for the USA in 2016.

It will be interesting to see our new ST prices against other club in L1 & L2 as they are announced, be interesting to see where we fit alongside.

Is that the start of renewals or the finishing date?

Start. They aren't going to give a 7 day deadline, its not power.

What I didn't put was the full date table:

WINDOWS

Category                    Date
Renewals*               29th March
General Sale            11th May

Season Ticket seats that have not been renewed will go on General Sale 30th May

*for existing Season Ticket Holders ONLY (can purchase additional new tickets if needed)
======================================
So ST holders have until 30th May to renew if I read that right.

Yes it is. I’ve been in the club shop today for Walsall tickets.
