Watch our Season Ticket Video here

With Our team currently fighting for promotion from the EFL Sky Bet League Two, now is an exciting time to be part of the Football Club as we build towards an incredibly bright future both on and off the pitch.

We are pleased to announce details of Season Tickets and match day ticket prices for the 22/23 season so you can secure your seat early in what will soon be ‘Your House, Our Home’, given the plans we have to buy the County Ground.

Season Tickets provide excellent value, with renewals getting to watch manager Ben Garner’s quality football at only £16 a game and for new Season Ticket holders £17 a game, a significant saving on our match day ticket prices (35% saving for renewals and 30% saving for new).  We are also providing a range of new added value benefits for our Season Ticket holders, from priority ticket access to 10% discount in our shop and bars, plus numerous discounts with a number of our partners.

Prices have increased 6% on 20/21 Season Tickets (21/22 Season Ticket pricing was reduced as a thank you and encouragement to our supporters to kindly waive their 20/21 refunds to support the club).  The pricing increase will help ensure the Club can cover rising costs driven by inflation.  It also helps the Club continue its path to sustainability.  All of your hard earned monies are invested in the Club under Clem’s stewardship and will help us to continue to rebuild the Club on and off the pitch.

Clem Morfuni said “Thank you for all your support to date in the 21/22 season.  We have thought hard about Season Ticket prices for the 22/23 Season and discussed them at length with the Supporters Club and Supporters Trust at our March Advisory Board meeting.  Representatives of the Trust and Supporters Club understood the cost pressures the Club are under and the need to make the Club sustainable.  I will continue to commit to you that all of your monies will be reinvested back into our Club.  Thanks for all your support and please come and join us on the journey for the 22/23 Season and ask more of your friends and family to join us!”

Payment options include Bank Transfer, Financing option (3 or 9 month option) or cash. Currently only the finance option is available online, whilst cash in store. Bank Transfer can be done from anywhere, the payment reference must include client reference and name. More details about this option will be sent out via email or letter and also published across our channels in the coming days.
Thanks for your continued support. COYR.
Rob Angus, CEO.

Can live with £370 for a DRS renewal.
The benefits add value as well.

Can remember paying £375 for a renewal in one of the Pogue McMahone seasons in the 90's.
Good value in comparison taking inflation into account albeit at least one division lower.

Happy with that. Free drink in the Boom Battle Bar (wherever that is?) every matchday is an interesting one.

£20 difference between a side stand season ticket and the Townend😀

If I was still local, I reckon 10% of at Fratellos would pay for my ST on its own!

I dislike the spin, it states a 6% rise on a ticket, then says that’s from the price of 2 seasons ago.
Other than that it’s not too bad, the ticket price wouldn’t put me off, it’s more the cost of getting there (£1,500 & rising)

All the additional benefits mean very little, not sure I’m going to travel to Swindon for 10% off a meal :D

Still got a bee in my bonnet about this season being more expensive than the season that never was, after giving the cash up.

I think I'd feel differently otherwise.

The prices are fair, but in today's environment there will be some that will sadly be struggling

I am impressed with no stupid early bird bollocks though

Also the idea that dropping prices for this season was some great gesture, and the fact we had been relegated had no bearing?

16.67% rise on this season's prices for Town End Renewal. Would rather the club just be honest about that rather than give the 6% rise figure

I know that feeling.
Fill the tank up and off you go.
Then fill it up the next day, noting the ticket costs and all the other additional costs.
Expensive pastime.

To be fair, the club transparency has increase by 100% since 2020/2021 so the comfort of knowing that the additional 16% isn’t going into Pee Lower’s back pocket makes the increase palatable, plus, let’s not forget, we’re about to own the ground we visited all our lives.

It could have been so much worse…

No issues with the adult price rise. The childrens price increase smacks me as short sighted profiteering

I would be renewing but incoming child + the huge increase in petrol & energy prices means it's a no. Gutted about it tbh, even though we haven't been great at home I've really enjoyed going this season.

I don't think the price changes are unreasonable, probably a bit short sighted on the kid costs as we need to get fans of the future in and the cheaper the better

I get the kids price increase is annoying and they will hardly be going by themselves so it’s not just that cost on it’s own, however in complete isolation £40 is a bloody bargain for 23 games

It is. And the price is fine.

By comparison Rovers seem to jump from u16 -> U21, totally ignoring that up to 18 you need to be in education or an apprentice these days.

I do find the family packs we have weak though. But if I look around maybe the cost of family+additionals works out similar to other clubs more inclusive family packs. Maybe on a rainy day I'll look into it

----

Edit : looking around, not everyone has "family packs" . This has surprised me somewhat. I'll stop moaning about them

Think yourselves lucky.  My son has become an Atlanta United fan, they don't even have the concept of child pricing and sell tickets via Ticketmaster with around a 10%+ service fee for each ticket.  To be fair, the stadium is pretty impressive and I enjoy taking him, it's all relative to the  value to you I guess.

I'd be intrigued to know the real terms increase in price of watching Swindon from 1996 lets say.  There was a period in the 90's/00's where it seemed like they ramped quite quickly, but I don't think the price of entry is any different now than when I left for the USA in 2016.

Start. They aren't going to give a 7 day deadline, its not power.

What I didn't put was the full date table:

WINDOWS

Category                    Date
Renewals*               29th March
General Sale            11th May

Season Ticket seats that have not been renewed will go on General Sale 30th May

*for existing Season Ticket Holders ONLY (can purchase additional new tickets if needed)
======================================
So ST holders have until 30th May to renew if I read that right.

The reason we are unable to offer card payments as an option is due to the historical financial standing of the club. The Card payment merchant provider we were using upped its limit due to the winding-up petition that was filed, as well as the fact they were not expecting us to have sold as many season tickets as we did last year. It is essential for the running of the club to have money coming in during the summer months and the only way this can happen is through the sale of season tickets via these channels. We appreciate this is not ideal but are confident that this will not be the case next season, especially when the first financial accounts under the new ownership (May 22) have been submitted and it can be seen the club is in a better financial situation

An unrelated sort of bump.

Bradford this week set a league 2 record by selling 14,036 (and rising) season tickets for the upcoming season, yes they were mostly at the hugely reduced rate of £198 but thats till some doing.

We would have to sell roughly 7,700 season tickets at our price to match that income of about £2.77m.

"The pricing structure will again mean an Adult (aged 24-64) pays just £198 for their season ticket, working out at less than £8.61 per home match. "

Quote from: May AB Minutes
"RA stated that the Club had carried out some match day ticket pricing comparisons ahead of next season. The STFC average ticket price is very low at c£8 which might be that some adults are
accessing the ground using concession tickets, this is something that will be closely monitored next season and anyone abusing concession tickets will not be allowed entry"

Still baffles me to this day how little we sold when we tried that

We scored a massive own goal there because we allowed people to pay in two instalments (one in August and one in January of memory serves me right) the problem was we had a shit season and loads of people ‘didn’t renew’ their season tickets in January.

Even though - that wasn’t ever a thing. It was never a two part season ticket but if people didn’t pay the second instalment and stopped going - I don’t think the club could do much to force them to pay.

Wasn’t it also under Malpas and he’d already lost some of the fanbase?

Some northern outpost (Barrow, Carlisle, Hartlepool) away.
At least it won’t be Scunthorpe again

There are 13 clubs in L2 with a more expensive adult ST than us.

Wimbledon is an eye watering £500

One good thing about the winding up order dismissal, though it's too late in the day:

Great News!🎟️We can now take card payments if you are purchasing a season ticket's in store! Originally we could only take payment's by cash or bank transfer but you will now be able to pay in full by debit or credit card! #STFC

Seems like it's only cards that are now in play despite the logo for the likes of paypal.
At least when I ordered on the store earlier today that was the case.
