Club have just tweeted;
'We are aware our phone lines have not been up to the required standard so far this season.
However, they are now currently down which we are aware of and we are currently working to get these back up and working.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.'
I wonder if it's worth introducing or training staff (and I am aware there are people who would rather speak to someone on a phone) that can communicate to people using a pop-up chat facility? This would save fans having to pay to make phone calls and hopefully get people's queries cleared up much quicker.

I've tried without being logged in and it states no seats available, tried again logged in and fine
Are you a Season Ticket Holder? If not then you can't buy til Thursday
Yes, Season ticket holder, Still Comes up as 'log in not found' tried absolutely everything - even phoning the club which is a waste of time. Hopefully will get a reply to my email but not holding my breath.  |

Why can't I buy a Crawley ticket yet?
I was in the Club Shop this morning picking up my Crewe ticket and buying one for Newport. There was a chap next to me wanting to buy a ticket for the Crawley game. The woman serving him said that the tickets haven't been released for sale yet because a decision has yet to be made about whether the game will be postponed due to International call-ups. She said she would phone the chap when a decision had been made. |
