Bought a ticket on!ine, no payment has been taken and as yet no ticket received. Have checked account and confirms one has been purchased, but no email confirmation, anyone know the system ?, Just a little bothered as have had no communication at all.
When are tickets normally sent ?, Possibly club don't have the tickets yet, is this usual or am I panicking unnecessarily ?.

Have you emailed the Club; my Crewe Tickets were late arriving so I contacted them. They keep a record of the Ticket numbers they sold and advised that I contact them the day before if they hadn't arrived, they would then contact the Home tea (in my case Crewe) and ask them to reprint. Have to say Vicki Eyles at the club was very helpful, especially when you consider they is heavy demand for away tickets due to our position in the table, and I'm sure Swindon are no different to other clubs in being understaffed in this department (A friend of mine works for Bristol City and number of people in the ticket office is well below pre Covid times. |

I suspect the club are probably prioritising the Crawley ticket refunds before sending out the Newport tickets. The game is 9 days away so I wouldn't be getting too concerned just yet.

Ordered mine last Wednesday, arrived yesterday, had no email confirmation at all, just glad it turned up, hope yours arrives ok as it's virtually impossible to speak with anyone at the club. |
