Its reduced the rent burden by 50%, with the other 50% going back for upkeep (thus far) and puts the control of redevelopment back partly into fans hands (in theory).

Wider area, its done great things for the FITC lot - the dome was paid out of it.

More money for "admin fees" isn't it, the reduced rent. We might reap the benefit one day if we can get these cunts out.

They won't say who did the work on the legends would they? getting them to name larger works contractors seems unlikely.

I am not sure they would manage to build a sandcastle yet alone a new stand

Tbf, building sandcastles can be incredibly complex things to achieve.

Bradford City announced their STs today... incredible value once again. Frozen prices at £299 for adults and and U12 is just £19.

Hopefully STFC announce theirs soon? Hopefully linked to a Holloway announcement but we shall see.

You're wasting your time posting reasonable arguments based on provable facts here. The mood is "everything is shit, the club can't do anything right and Clem has definitely lashed out over £10m in order to siphon off a few hundred thousand in admin expenses a year".

Everything is shit behind the scenes.

The biggest risk of criminal activity would be money laundering given the past.

But the ground purchase is a positive

It’s probably nothing, but they advertised for two intern analysts this week. The job spec doesn’t refer at all to working with a main (qualified/employed) analyst, which I thought was the individual that Holloway wanted to bring in.

This.

One would wonder how Clementes' fans would try and spin that if he did walk off. Probably that Gunning and Bignot are the real brains behind the outfit
