We're not sure at this point. I suspect it may contribute - the Legends Lounge refurbishment was part funded by the Eady Trust and part by the club so there's clearly some money left and willingness to spend it on the ground - they've not publicly declared the split so up to interpretation!

This lot cannot even get an electric scoreboard in place (that would be a great source of advertising revenue)
So no chance they will manage any redevelopment

I am not sure they would manage to build a sandcastle yet alone a new stand

What tangible benefit has the Eady money done for the average fan? What do you mean it has nothing to do with the Eady money? How do you think the JV came into being? Surely you don’t think Morfuni has funded this?
I'm not actually sure what tangible benefit the Eady money has really achieved for anyone yet, the club own 50% of a ground that needs a fortune spending on it and they can't do anything without the Trust membership agreeing to it, The Trust don't have the money to do anything and find themselves tied to the failing club and unpopular ownership. Its basically just another act in the on-going shit show. Have they ever named who their architects actually are?

According to the Trust...
"On the 13th March the Joint Venture Board met with the Club’s appointed architects who presented their latest version of the Don Rogers Stand development proposals. This was followed by a special Advisory Board meeting who were presented with the same proposals.
Whilst we cannot yet share any details with our members, we can confirm that a great deal of work has gone into the proposals which have been produced to a high professional standard.
Although we had hoped to be in a position to commence the consultation with supporters, the Club have advised that it will be a further couple of weeks before the final consultation design will be ready. This will put the process at least four weeks behind the timeline agreed at the February Joint Venture meeting. However, the architect has assured us that they believe the planning process can still be completed in time to allow contracts to be signed ahead of the March 2026 deadline.
Whilst the Trust and OSC will jointly collect consultation feedback through an online and paper survey, the Club are planning an open evening during the consultation period for supporters to attend and ask questions of the Club and the architects."

Its reduced the rent burden by 50%, with the other 50% going back for upkeep (thus far) and puts the control of redevelopment back partly into fans hands (in theory).
Wider area, its done great things for the FITC lot - the dome was paid out of it.

All sounds reasonable albeit a bit OTT if the works are limited to basically fitting out an already created space, I was just really being professionally nosy asking who the architects were in case I know them. The question was asked at the AB
Ta... but was an answer given.....!

Apologies all - the club's accountants were named in the AB not the architects (bennett out!)

Yeah out out out! I assume the question was raised as the most recent accounts don't have any accounts name on them?
