Are Spencer's comments made in his capacity of vice chairman of the OSC or his own personal view 🤔

If he has "ambushed" the OSC to lobby on behalf of the current owner(s) this needs to be pointed out accordingly.

This.

Is his account still live on here or did he close it off?

I think it’s good that Spencer, in his effort to defend the owners, has inadvertently reinforced a key part of our reasons for protest.

Trying your hardest is not good enough. This club deserves competence and progress.

Effort <> Competence

There is a nuance in this, as with most things in life.  There are some well meaning people trying their hardest to keep the club functioning, of that I have no doubt.  The problem is the glaring lack of competence employed (and by that, I mean people with the skill and experience in their roles) mixed in with a splash of seriously ethically questionable people (I can't say they ARE money laundering, but they ARE money launderers, for example).

I sometimes watch Ramsays' Kitchen Nightmares and think to myself how over produced it must be - there is no way someone would think they could run a restaurant just because they were good at being a Surgeon, right?  The shit in the cold storage unit has been planted, right?  The purchasing of items from a Supermarket isn't what they normally do, right?  Watching STFC, we'd be a very good candidate for some sort of Football Club Nightmares, or Football Impossible.
