Why was it recalled?
I think it was probably erroneously sent out to all members, not just JV voting share holders. But it was invalidated for us without a voting share m

Key points of the business plan:
- Rent has continued to be paid on time to the JV - There is a significant underspend (surplus) on the previous business plan owing to holding off on starting a few pieces of work until a tax position is fully understood. This underspend is roughly the same as the total amount spent on work in the year (65k vs 57k) - Proposed spend for next business plan period is roughly double what was actually spent last season and covers all the JV income, there's no plan to retain capital. - Specific spend includes Arkells Roof repairs (about 45%), fire door upgrades (about 16%) and surveys ahead of the further development plan (about 16%)
Overall it's pretty uncontroversial maintenance stuff and the only real reason to vote against it would be trying to send a message on other issues I think, which probably isn't the right path.

Dispels another myth though. One of the reasons I’ve seen claimed for the lack of money by the Clemmings was that a load of money had to be spent on repairing the Arkell’s stand roof. Obviously it was only a few £k and reimbursed so whoever told them that info was lying as usual.

Well either they didn't do it, hence why the Trust are doing it now, or they did a proper bodge job (which wouldn't be a shock) and it needs to be fixed/done again.

Yeah. There may have been a load of even more critical things that got done and consumed the budget this year. Now we are on to the next load.

Did Hall mention last October time that no management accounts had ever been produced by the club since Clem took over? Have the Trust or advisory board seen any since then? are these being produced but shown to the trust? The advisory notes always gloss past the finances of the club. This might tell us what budgets are and what costs are being incurred.

General question, but who is the Club Secretary and what do they do? I have never seen him/her mentioned in anything when I thought they would be in relation to 'admin errors' and minute taking at AB's, or would this totally be out of their remit?

I think you are getting confused with a Company Secretary and Club Secretary. The Company Secretary (I dont think we have one) is registered at Companies house and would do the role you mentioned. The Club Secretary is something to do with football admin i think.

It’s a cashflow issue.. There have been items on the list that are heavily capital expenditure items that needs doing during the off season and so the club will pay to get it done whilst they have the capacity and seasonality in their favour and as the rent is paid each month, the club is then reimbursed accordingly. As we know from Clem’s near constant capital injections during a 12 month period, we all know cashflow is an issue so that’s realistic to what what has been referenced.

Ah ok, so our Club Secretary is basically undertaking tasks such as registering players when they sign, arranging any EFL fines etc? I purely ask as I am sure in previous years they were heavily involved. I can certainly remember Jon Pollard vividly.

Yep I heard this too. Rumour I heard was that 250k was spent last summer which is why squad was so small for Flynn. Clearly a load of bollocks (probably originated from Morfuni)
