SLO is an EFL requirement. FEO what is it? We asked for better communication, but she can only work with what she is given.

Which is one full time role and two part time roles, it seems...

We are looking to appoint a Fan Engagement Officer = we are looking to bolt this responsibility onto an existing staff member.
And any criticism on social media is seen as a personal criticism of the person doing the role rather that condemnation of Cheap Clem and his Cronies.

Her current role was praised when she put her head above the parapets a little while back, seems she is a very hard worker. It's no different to quite a few people around the club I am sure, lots of willing locals trying their best. It does nothing to change anything.

Love a waffle these lot, don't they? Maybe they can do a powerpoint filled with buzz words to really explain it.

Next Season: We have learned our lessons and listened to your feedback and have created a brand new role, "Fans and Supporters Liaison and Engagement Officer" which some poor minimum wage slave from the shop will be doing alongside their other duties.

As she also does ticketing, I imagine she already helps the shop out when needed. Maybe they could combine all her activities into one. Get her to drive around in the van Clem used, with bucket hat on of course, and deliver everyones season tickets personally, as well as any merchandise purchased from the club while inviting herself in for a quick cuppa to discuss the fans views on the club, with a Rich Tea for dunking. I am sure she can fit it all in. Route the ticket office to her mobile though. On matchdays she could probably give several fans a lift as well.

Perhaps they could open the club shop at a weekend for all us out of town workers.

Realistically is it worth opening in the off season for a handful of people?

Not regularly but one Saturday a month for a few hours might be worth it? I assume there are still people who work M-F 9-5 in this day & age. If anything - you could probably get away with opening the shop one weekday outside of the new kit rush anyway.

Dunno, it's shut I thought they were trying to flog puma stock and season tickets last week. Obviously everyone does ST online and nobody changes seats.
