Not being funny, but knowing the individual involved there’s a strong possibility of him doing it to himself for attention.
Hope it has been reported to the police as obviously if it’s real then it’s completely out of order but making shit like this up is just as bad.

Presume it used to be a blanket carer allowance?:
Season Tickets for our Disabled and Ambulant Disabled supporters are sold age-related, while those fans in receipt of a Mid to High rate of Personal Independence Payment (PIP) or Disability Living Allowance (DLA) are entitled to a free carer.
