Mine arrived this morning.
The displacement is from the 26/27 season.
Affected seats are
D2U and D6U rows H to O
D3U, D4U, D5U rows H to P
They are offering a 10% discount on the cost of the 26/27 season ticket as compensation, and the opportunity to take your current seat home when it's removed if you renew in a new seat.
Public consultation sessions in the Legends on 22/4/25 at 10:00, 14:00 and 18:00 and at 19:00 on 23/4/25
There are then sessions in June to allow you to pick your new seat.
Like many, I've been in my current seat for 20 years. The whole thing sucks.
Hope you are well Barnard? Aiming to get to the MKD game so hope to catch up then.

Absolutely zero chance of this getting 75% approval. Zero.

That looks like 3 tickets fucked here I can't understand why they aren't redeveloping the Arkells, where all the facilities (and club heirarchy). 'Cos the DRS is basically just a fit out job, I assume to create similar in the Arkells would involve ripping the guts out of it to even create the space. Plus as its already probably *cough*c.50 years old how long does the structure have left, with its supports etc its already pretty dated and shitty. Similarly the TE is where the big expense and big returns are so needs to be done right and the bank is a ball ache whatever way you look at it. Thankfully not having stepped foot in the theatre of nightmares for 20+ years I don't have a dog in the fight, but it makes cold sense why they are doing it, if they are to do anything at all. How the bloody hell will they finance it anyway
By development finance like pretty much every developer in the country, little if anything in the property sector is done using non borrowed cash.

I really cant see how they expect to fill Hospitality areas on the Arkells & DR stand, and how they will afford more staff - of yeah they will go and get college kids to work for £5 an hour.
But, there are no talk of this is phase 1 and after this is complete we move to phase 2 which is to do x, you get the impression this is the bare minimum as it is what is needed and there will be no plans for anything anything as there is no money (although there is no talk of how this will be paid for - probably a bank loan over 99 years knowing Clem)

Roughly 1,118 seats Fancy reducing the capacity of the most popular stand by almost 25% to add a few corporate boxes. Gonna look terrible. Awful. These cunts struggle with flooring or a shop sign. This will be a disaster.

Assuming that they actually intend to carry it through (which itself is a question), the financing aspect is the biggest thing to watch for me. Prior work suggests we should be very cautious. I don't know what power the JV has, but I'd be wanting to see the receipts.

Not in the affected seats but strongly don’t think this should be voted through. That’s a huge chunk of seats out of the stand.
