Do we know the reason that Mandie Coe has resigned?

Don't know if this has been bought up before but if we were relegated into non-league, would the unofficial vice chairman be able to take up the position officially as he wouldn't have to go through efl fit and proper test, or do non-league have an equivalent?
Just to clarify, absolutely don't want either us in non league nor the unofficial vice chair anywhere near the club, just seems like for Clem it would be a boon to relgating us if it's possible

Good fucking riddance of Mandie Coe. Just one more Coe to remove from the Advisory Board to go! Time to crank the pressure.

Strange one because to my knowledge her daughters are obviously adults but even her grandkids won’t be small children anymore. …not that people don’t want to / can’t spend time with their adult kids & pre-teen / teen grandkids but also not at an age where they will still need a lot of help from Mum / Nanny.

Sorry if it’s something well known & I’ve completely missed it but what actually is the beef with Coe’s other than the fact most people aren’t entirely sure who they are & what the actually do with regards to STFC.

I can see the reason why the Trust-aligned parties don't like Mandie Coe, but that doesn't really explain why she'd quit. I know the Trust are (ironically) a fairly major sponsor of the women's team so perhaps that's related.
Certainly can't imagine it's Clem deciding that a line was crossed! Feels like that Trust statement is overdue, although I imagine they're waiting for the statue and perhaps the Morecambe game.

Ah, but that ruins the game DV! Fine, you win.. The answer is Clem of course! No idea why she quit, I can take a few wild guesses such as what I’m told happened at the AB and being faced with public scrutiny for her and her husband’s behaviour at the AB but whatever it is, I’m glad she has walked. Had a lot of ideas but had no idea how to execute on them. The women’s team has a lot more potential and has grown but not to what it’s capable of IMO. The Trust, for as long as I was on the board, had good relations with the women’s team and I would imagine that continued in the week or so since I left the board.

Well, I assumed it would be Clem; so is it just a case of they like Clem & have blindly stuck up for him…
…or something more sinister. Do they own any shares yet!!

The mind does wonder! They do have access to capital at the end of the day? At least no one will know that until at least 18 months after the transfer of shares haha
