Rather depends on the tone of the email to which is responding I suspect. Honestly don't see a way forward, its Morfuni's toy to do whatever he wishes with, has he ever indicated what it would take to piss and get off the pot? Relegation would be shit and a shocker, but it would also further lower what anyone would be prepared to pay him so can't see that being an objective.

The Trust can do something, but they're not. It's indicative of where we are as a club.
Not sure that's entirely fair. The Trust have made a public statement that they would like any interested parties to come forward, and they have discussed concerns about the diection of the club on both STFC and wider football-related podcasts. They may well be doing other things behind the scenes too.

Pretty much this, if someone local wanted to buy the club one would expect them to have made themselves known (either to the Trust or the club) by now, further afield I'm not sure what the process is (sales seem to be often brokered) and I don't see why the Trust should know any better. Even if we do generate some interest my fear would be that any legit/straight buyer would get to the DD stage, see the can of potential worms of the books and run a bloody mile, if things are as bent/skewed/cooked as many seem to suggest/think they are, the only owner you are going to attract is someone prepared to take a flyer as they think they can make some cash out of a distressed asset, so possible a case of goodbye Mr Frying Pan, hello Mr Fire.

I don't think the trust found power or fitton did they?
Bill Power was already involved before being ripped off of £1m. They got behind him after the boardroom split.
I can't remember how fitton & co arrived, just that they bid (then withdrew, then bought) the club after we went into admin and agreed a cva. Don't remember the trust finding them though.
Bill Power was bought in via Mark Devlin due to their QPR links. He met the Trust & they backed him. He was there front & centre

I believe there was a mention, don't remember if it was Adver or Moonraker, that there wouldn't be any movement again until December due to both Fitton & Morfuni's commitments.

He's got an Adver column, it's delightfully called Fitton Proper.

Hardly surprising, its become clear that Morfuni is loathe to deal with anyone who isn't part of his cliche. The big difference between us and say Tranny is that Tranny were actively seeking third party investment which has, I assume, finally led to a takeover bid, Morfuni appears to be actively avoiding any third party involvement whatsoever and just prevaricating for an outcome unknown.

On Saturday I thought it looked like a kids park play area, just waiting for the swings & slides
