Take it they've known this was coming and new kits already in place with Adidas? Bit of a scramble to get next seasons strips out otherwise!

Not really if it's Adidas through some shitty subsidiary again.

Pick a template, iron on the badge and sponsors.

Where have people newer new kit is adidas? I always liked our adidas kits and definitely more than the Puma ones.

This is at least the second Newport update from their owner in a week... This is what Clem and co should aspire to when they speak about good communication

Some clear, well written updates there. I noticed this -

"We already have a number of signings agreed, but obviously we canít confirm most things until the window opens on June 14. So, please be patient for a little longer."

I wonder if we also might me in a similar boat and we'll get a raft of signings after Friday.

Sounds like something we'd say...

So how come other clubs, including us, have confirmed signings before 14 June?

Because you can do everything and put 'subject to efl approval', which will be the EFL pick up the registration changes on the 14th June.

Any clubs who hides behinds things like this is overly cautious in my opinion and it just frustrates the fans.

Interesting. Two days before the ST deadline, I'd imagine he's aiming for a rallying call rather than conveying any news, but we'll see.

Did the "meetings with fan groups" mentioned post Trust letter ever happen?

It will be a series of "Look, I know we've made mistakes , but we've learnt from it and we'll be better, I'll tell you that now" etc etc etc

I'd hope it's more than that. He knows he said communication needed to improve last time and then disappeared for five months: would he try the exact same line again? Well yes, probably. But let's hope not.

I've just seen a tweet from Sam saying this supposedly happened today.
