Just a heads up, if anyone collected up any loyalty cash back over the past year or two, then it's all been wiped. Previous seasons you could use what you built up against next season shirt etc.
Now they wipe it at the end of the season kind off shit unless your buying a reduce shirt in April.

Did they publicise that fact?

No I don't believe. Haven't found/seen anything.

Was talking to a mate who has had a ST for years. He said a few times last season his ST card didn’t work at the turnstiles.

Now the turnstiles are unmanned what happens if the problem reoccurs?

They were for the 2 friendlies I went to. New turnstiles and, IIRC, no booth for a person anyway.

Unmanned, but I bet there is someone about overseeing - like the self serve checkout in the supermarket.

It explains the flashy new screen card reader in the Arkells though.Didn't even notice there was nobody in the booth.

Yeah, but if you’re rushing to get in at 2.55 and need a beer piss before the game starts and then your ST backfires they’ll be ructions. Big time.

Need to do something for longer term fans of season tickets such as have when you started being a season ticket holder and maybe a little pack with some STFC stuff in when get your season ticket or something other than just the card...just feels like youve payed few £100 and they dont give a fuck like hear you go...

Like ive been a season ticket holder since 2011/12 but theres nothing there from the club to show that so basically its complete new each season should get bit more

also think your season ticket card should have a little bit saying 'Holder Since and the year you got your season ticket'

Season ticket holder numbers are still at historical highs I think, Fitton changed the goalposts.  I might b e wrong but I think we had sub 4k in 92/32.

I know the numbers went up significantly when Fitton & Co dropped the prices. I know that's when we bought season tickets again because the discount meant you only needed to go to about half of the games to cover the cost.

Even then, we didn't make the 6,000 they were aiming for and the numbers have been dropping back ever since, probably getting back to close to the numbers pre offer.

In the late 80s, pre Macari we were sometimes getting crowds of less than 3,500 so you would assume that the ST numbers then were even lower. Although we do know how dodgy the crowd numbers being released were then Smiley
