If you can't be up for attending a match whereby your team could be in the second league for the first time in 15 years, that is poor. We may have been to Wembley a few times in just a few years but we've been out of the top two divisions for much longer. Come on people!!

we have 8000 regular fans, we have added 10k to that. I'd say very few aren't going to see their team, despite Wembley being shit.

the town of Swindon on the other hand, with the sporadic attendees and day trippers may not be as enthused. much as I'd like them to be there I can't really think of a persuasive argument to  convince them it'll be good.

Has anyone actually received their tickets yet? I bought mine on the first day and still nothing. Still, I did only pay £48 in booking fees, so I can't really expect much.

2010 - Millwall
2011
2012 - Chesterfield JPT
2013   Lost to Brentford in the Play Off Semi Finals
2014 - Lost to Posh in the Area Final of the JPT
2015 - Preston

So it's actually 3 visits in 6 years to be precise (sorry to be an annoying prick). But that's still a lot and when you think how close we were to beating Peterborough in the JPT it could have easily been 4 out of 6.

Over that same period I would be surprised if anyone has been there more often. With that in mind, it will be very interesting to see how many we take this time round.

I've added in the Brentford play off semi final defeat in 2013, could have been 5 visits.

So far, PNE have sold out 31 blocks - 5 of which are in the £30 seats

Looks like we have sold 34 blocks - going by those turned yellow anyway

From PNE forum today:

Here is an update on the current ticket availability (as of 9.30am May 16th) for the various seat categories...

£30 tickets
Plenty of seats available in block 135. Very limited seats available in block 134, 137.
All the £30 category seats in blocks 130, 131, 132, 133, 136 are sold out.

£40 tickets
Think there is one single seat left in block 137. The club have opened up sales for third tier (blocks 552 & 551) - plenty available.
All the £40 category seats in blocks 130, 131, 132, 133, 134, 135, 136 are completely sold out.

£52 tickets
Plenty of seats left in blocks 128,139.
All the £52 seats in blocks 127, 129, 130, 131, 132, 133, 134, 135, 136, 137, 138 are sold out.

£62 tickets
Loads of seats available in many of the blocks (126, 127, 232, 233, 234, 235, 236, 237, 242, 243, 244, 245, 246, 247)
All the £62 seats in blocks 125, 231, 238, 239, 240, 241 are sold out.

£80 tickets
Plenty of seats available in blocks 124, 229, 230, 231.
All the £80 tickets in blocks 125, 227, 228 are sold out.

Please note: Some more third tier seats were released yesterday afternoon (blocks 552, 551). Depending on sales it is expected that the following third tier blocks will be opened up over the weekend (blocks 550, 549, 527, 528, 529, 530). That will leave 17 blocks of seats in the third tier (which would probably only be released if we sell out our initial 30k allocation)
Thanks - I reckon thats about 1/3 of our allocation sold so far - 12,000? Numbers well down on previous trips it seems - unless we get a slurge of 'hangers on' booking next week.

Nope, but anybody who went to the semis can purchase now so it's not like loads of die hard fans are being kept at bay. Expect them to sell more than us though.

As for 4Ds comments about those not going, I totally agree, but feel like saying that kind of thing on the TEF is basically the very definition of preaching to the converted.

So Preston have sold 16.5k and they're not even at General Sale yet? They have an average home attendance of 10k, so assuming they have about 7k season ticket holders, that would mean every season ticket holder has bought 2 or more. That's not completely unreasonable. Let's just hope they don't have a day where they sell 10,000 in a day when it goes on General sale.

Just spoke to the Box Office and the chap said based on how they usually release seats, the next block to be released will be 504 and then they will release the top tier seats on the opposite side.  That means the cheapest seats in the top tiers will only be released if the others all sell.  Money grabbing bastards!

I'm helping to organise a coach from home town of Warminster...family and all that....usually fills up in two days.....this time it's a struggle, so we are stuck with a mini coach thing.

Most refusals point to the cost of tickets and then on costs making it too steep.

People getting fed up with being ripped off.

I played football for many many years and followed the town since 1979. In all that time the FA has done fuck all for me...player or fan...

That is all.
