...and it wasn't played at 5-30 on a Sunday, with a limited train service.

Just for reference. In 2010 we'd sold 28k in 4 days. Obviously a 17 year wait would have contributed to that.
i did say a few weeks ago that 25k would be reasonable. Long way to go still.

It would be piss poor not to reach 25k but not surprising.  That's why I don't comment on other teams ticket sales, could end up with egg on our faces.

I still think we'll hit 25k. The weekend should see a few more go.

3 visits in 5 years. Are we up there to be one of the most visited teams at new Wembley?

2010 - Millwall
2011
2012 - Chesterfield JPT
2013
2014 - Lost to Posh in the Area Final of the JPT
2015 - Preston

So it's actually 3 visits in 6 years to be precise (sorry to be an annoying prick). But that's still a lot and when you think how close we were to beating Peterborough in the JPT it could have easily been 4 out of 6.

Over that same period I would be surprised if anyone has been there more often. With that in mind, it will be very interesting to see how many we take this time round.

I know alot of people that have been to the last 2 games at Wembley, but aren't bothering this time. Comments made to me at a wedding reception tonight were either both times they've been, we were shit and they don't want to waste money on the same thing happening again or they feel they're a jinx.

Fair enough, but I can't wait for my day out.  I have my carer booked in , a beautiful British nurse and I'm on the coach. The Torch is where we land in this year and I think anything can happen. Don't say anything about the nurse please, its early days.

If you can't be up for attending a match whereby your team could be in the second league for the first time in 15 years, that is poor. We may have been to Wembley a few times in just a few years but we've been out of the top two divisions for much longer. Come on people!!
