Thankfully we'll have Yaser and Mass back soon

Both have got high pressure games to get though, before we can safely assume that.

Well there's also possible transfer interest to negotiate, but I was trying to be positive  Smiley Hopefully we'll have at least one of them available for Sheffield United.

I have a horrible feeling we're going to finish 3rd. The very fact that a third place finish is filling me with dread is testament to how brilliantly this season, so far, has been. If you had offered me that position at the beginning of the season I'd have ripped your arm off. Now it would be really disappointing.
Never mind, you could be an Arsenal/ Liverpool/Premier league fan and spend your entire life watching it on TV and getting your knickers in a twist because 'your' club didn't finish in the top 4.

Then you can die having never experienced the emotional highs and lows that supporting the Town will have given you.

And then you can be consigned to purgatory forever...

Hopefully we'll have at least one of them available for Sheffield United.

By the time we play Sheff Utd, they would've played 3 cup matches. Hopefully they can take Preston to a replay on Saturday.

And looking at their recent league record, Sheff Utd have only won 1 of the last 8 league matches.

Just taking part in a thread with this title is something of a "high".

Although, Reg-like, I recall exactly the same question being raised after Town had beaten Sunderland in the 91 Play-off Final.

615 sold for Sheffield Utd so far. Currently it is still all ticket for this fixture.

Didn't they lose a match recently for this reason?  Pitch was fine....Lowryesque surrounds no good....Bramall Lane reminds me of this.

Squeezed between 2 cup games, I'd think they wouldn't try too hard to get it on

You're probably right, although they'd have one hell of a fixture pileup.

A 3 week break for us wouldn't be good but at least we'd have some midfielders back for the next game!

Yeah, on the basis of their fixture list (which will get even worse if they beat Preston, and / or Spurs for that matter) I would imagine they'll be very keen to play.

Only 2 blank Tuesdays between now and 21 April...

I hope that we go up automatically as I am away in Ireland for a wedding the weekend of the play-off finals!
