Good move for him. Good signing for Shrews.
Should have been given a bit more of a chance here, though

Things are what they are. Better this than not even getting splinters here (no matter how undeserved that is).

Personally I don't think he's league 1 standard.

So ideal to send out and build up some playing time...and....actually score a goal...

Good luck to him. As Flash says, I hope he does well there.
Harsh to judge on the snippets I have seen of both players but I'd rather have Storey on the pitch than Barker but hey ho!

we've been to Aberdeen, we hate the Hibs, they make us spew up, so make some noise, the gorgie boys, for Hearts in Europe.

I am under the opinion that Cooper does not know where or how to play him.
Storey has pace to burn, knows where the goal is and on more than one occasion this season where he has been on the bench has been unused and could/should have been given a run-out.
I hope he does well for Shrewsbury and helps them to beat all the teams around us!

Started the last home game...we were shite, he was anonymous...therefore straight to scapegoat status in many people's eyes.

Some wrote Barker off before he even set foot on the pitch for us.
