Before I gave up I tried them. I thought they were pretty shit. They tasted nothing like fags (tasted like a smoke machine in a nightclub) and mine was eventually thrown away and I gave up properly. *smug*

I've got 2 of them, both pretty rubbish,  they taste like watery bonfire smoke, consigned to the drawer, along with the patches and micro tabs. Not much hope for me I think.

I quit for about a year using these, found it quite easy at the time.

Then i remembered that smoking is cool and started up again

Try Champix, I gave up with them (for three months before I started again) will go back on them in the next couple of months and give up for good this time.

Champix worked for me.  Will be 4 years off the fags come December 22nd.

Sis in law and niece use the ones from asda - ok cigarettes

Altho they both say the tobacco filters taste like shit so both use the menthol ones
I went the champix route and not looked back really tho only been about 3 months so far

I was once recommended this book by somebody I worked with.

He recommended it to me while he was on a break, smoking a cigarette. Needless to say I never got around to it.

A mate of mine, who doesn't smoke, decided that electronic fags, look quite cool, unlike the real thing, so has started using one
