The only way to quit is with will power I think. All of the options out there don't work unless you really want to quit. I went from regular smoker,to only when I drank with the odd one pinched off a mate to nothing. Took ages but aint touched a fag for years now. Don't even have the odd spliff anymore either

It is mainly willpower. The last time I gave up was for 18 months, and the only time I really struggled was at the end of the day. I think if there were electric fags around then that might have sorted me out. We'll see in a few weeks anyway
