There are so many foods that I like but don't eat enough of.

Carpaccio (raw beef with lemon juice, paprika and jalapenos), last eaten in Czech republic)

Hot peppers with soft cheese in oil.

Hmm, I'm kind of peckish.

Most food I love I eat plenty of, however, I do eat far, far, far less Thai food than I'd like to.

Meat wise, a couple of years back I bought some spreadable Calabrian Salami called 'Nduja and I ate that shit like it was going out of fashion and then bought it often. I haven't had that for about a year and it's quite possibly the sexiest meat ever.

I have also had a crappy Spanish equivalent from Sainsbury's. Trouble was it didn't set your mouth on fire and was a bit meh. I'm going to buy some of the Italian shit for Christmas.
