Yeah fair play to him seems like a lot of running, my sister just completed the 10 marathons in 10 days and then 2 weeks after she completed the 4 in 4 days Enigma Quadzilla. yes shes thinner and fitter than me as well as older! Cheesy

It's no coincidence, that was the piece I saw first but thought the original article explained what he was doing better
