Of the 5000 Hull season ticket holders balloted, 2,565 voted for the change, 48 less voted against. That's more worrying.

Though in fairness 9000 couldn't be fucked to vote, so it only a majority in a union strike ballot sense Wink

No, that's a majority in the "every election or other vote you've ever participated in, and the vast majority of all democratic processes" sense.

It is but the raw figures don't tell the full story. The question asked was hardly neutral - there was a huge implicit threat (something like "Do you want to change the name and have the owners stay and continue to invest the money required to keep the club afloat?") - and the poll was boycotted by the major fans' group against the change, hence the low turnout. And even then, the vote was more or less 50-50.

Wasn't aware just how close to going into non-league Bristol Rovers are. How amusing.

Poor ol' Bristol Rovers might get away days to Eastleigh or even North Ferriby United.

I'd love it if they do an Oxford, love it.

But not as much as when Oxford did it

Hopefully the Wycombe keeper doesn't throw one in like he did yesterday

Chelsea losing at home to Sunderland. I know there's a few Liverpool haters but I hope they win the title. Spent a fraction of what City and Chelsea have and play decent, exciting football.

If you think Man Utd fans are bad winners, just wait until those unbearable scousers win the league again. They will make the mancs look like the most humble fans in the world.

You mean the 'sporting' Liverpool fans that were booing every touch Man City players had of the ball in last weeks match.

I remember when Liverpool were dominant and don't remember their fans being any more, or less, cuntish than united fans.
