For all the hopeless romantics out there, Oscar has now given you a way out. If she complains about the lack of effort etc on Valentine's day, just say 'well, at least I didn't shoot you love'

Cheers Oscar.

Why did he shoot her if she was already dead?

Good point Chalky, for the sake of proper grammar, how should I have titled it? I'm always willing to learn.

I think the word "his" should have been placed between dead and girlfriend.

What a sad and tragic end to a magical, awe inspiring career. When I saw on Sky News this morning “POSTORIUS SHOOTING”, I thought someone had taken a shot at him. The case will clearly be around “the 4 shots”, if you fire 4 shots, the intent is to kill whether it was an intruder or his girlfriend or what, If he fired one shot to take down  the assailant, then he may have got off to continue his life as it would be deemed self defence. 4 shots is shoot to kill. Such a tragic story.

When I made a crack about Ian Huntley you suggested I come round yours and have a fight. How come Dosty got off so lightly?

You were offered out for a fight? I find that a bit pathetic if that was the case  Girl Giggle

It wasn't the case.

Edit:  I think DMR is referring to this exchange from a few years ago.  For the record, I don't think I've ever offered anyone out for a fight.

Back on topic, it's looking like the accidental shooting theory is being talked down.  Straight forward murder charge.  No less tragic, but prob even more shocking.

Back on topic as well.

Re: the link I posted earlier in the thread. Oscar would appear to be a very protective guy of his love interests, though it involved a completely different woman than that in question. Threatening to "break the legs" of someone he suspected was having an affair with his ex-love interest is not going to do his defence any good.

Something very stench-worthy about this. I always thought during the Olympics, whenener he was interviewed, that he had, at the very least, severe passive-aggressive issues. He stormed out of a few interviews as I recall?

Hmmmmm, very suspicious  Hmmm

Just did a quick background search on the relationship

"I will break your legs"!!!

*(Edit) Apparently the article refers to a woman he was in a previous relationship with. The victim is 30 years old.

Dosser knew.
