Whilst there is a gap in World Cup matches we've started the Jeffrey Dahmer drama on Netflix. I'm 'enjoying' it so far given I don't know the full backstory of what he did.

I lasted about 3 series before it got tedious. Mrs Bob carried on a bit further though I think. For someone so vocal about how dull it is to watch us I'm quite surprised you bothered to get as far as you did with The Blacklist!  |

Someone mentioned Gangs of London a few pages back……..blimey never has the warning “this program contains scenes of extreme violence” been more appropriate

Watched this before I'd seen Peaky Blinders and I thought it was great except for the main character - Sean Wallace / Joe Cole, who tried (badly) to act like a tough guy but also unintentionally seemed very weak and too young/innocent for the role. Surprised he got the part. Never watched Peaky Blinders. Better give it a go after Blacklist.
It took me ages to get around to Peaky Blinders and then I recently watched all of the first 4 series in about a month. It's brilliant but I'm struggling to finish series 5 because the characters have become so unlikeable and boring, and I don't give a shit about them any more. There are some fantastic performances and stories in there though. There's a film coming out, I think to finish it all off, so I'll complete the series before that. |

Get yourself to the Black Country Living Museum. Loads of it was filmed there, and it's a bloody great museum anyway. |
