Couldn't have put it better myself Lukas....
From Ukraine literally fled to England. Football striker Lukas Mager was from tests in the Ukrainian premier league club Volyn Lutsk so disgruntled that sat on the plane, took the direction of London and almost immediately there agreed on a new contract. Swindon Town while playing up to the fourth league, but Mager was from the island environment, fans and stormy coach Paolo Di Canio so enthusiastic that it has signed a two-year contract. Mager striker Luke definitely not mask that had far greater ambitions. After opting out of contract krachujícího Timisoara had several interesting offers from abroad. Even the Premier League for him interested in Ostrava Banik and Slovakia. Yet eventually arranged with Swindon Town, who play in England until the fourth highest competition.
Why Swindon Town? "I was afraid of it, it is up to the fourth league. But on Sunday I saw the match with Oxford (1:2) and I was excited. Stadium full, fifteen thousand spectators, the atmosphere great. Even the team seemed cool. Although got two goals from two standardek, but otherwise is useless and not let them played. They tried to play football. Mainly I was excited but the atmosphere, it was perfect. Likewise, facilities, stadium and everything. "
Wow you up so you just nodded? "Yes, somehow it was."
How you approached the coach and manager of the Italian Paolo Di Canio? "This is completely fantastic. Much of his speech reminds me of coach Frantisek Straka. Huge hecíř. I entertained him and he gave me a really good feeling. Even from that perspective that he called me a month and a half or two months that I want. I came here to look, they are very interested. They began to send last year's matches from Timisoara, have a lot of information about me, well know how to play. And out of them feel that they are interested. They know who to take. "
Who is Paolo Di Canio? Třiačtyřicetiletý Italian known for a very good striker, dressed including jerseys Lazio, Juventus, AC Milan, West Ham or the Celts. It also included a presentation by several scandals. In 1998, he received jedenáctizápasový distance behind that knocked down the referee who gave him a red tab. In Italy several times again punished for celebrating a goal by the Nazi salute. Engagement in the Swindon Town for the premiere of his coaching position.
Di Canio had a great reputation as a player Petrel, Italy has been repeatedly punished for celebrating a goal by the Nazi salute. On how you worked? "I know it was a great striker, who has a big name. Even here as a coach. The whole game it fancies. When Swindon scored, the players ran for their fifty meters, celebrated with them, and when he went around a rival benches, made a similar gesture as Mourinho. He was banished in the second half on the platform ... So, still presents things quite turbulent. But I think it is positive for the team. It shows that he lives with his men, gives him energy and atmosphere. "
You say that you have called nearly two months. Why is it that you went after them now? You waited for a better offer? "Sort of. After all, it's fourth league, I was a bit worried. Frankly, I expected maybe something better. Tenders were also, but I postponed it. I was scared, I did not fare as in Timisoara, which ran out of money. But when you say England is not just a different sound. This is not about financial problems. And the chance to get up. They have big ambitions, they want to move, build team, took coach Di Canio ... Of the four matches so far, although they have only three points, but you can see that they are trying to play football, they want to improve. I believe that it can only go up. "
Last week you were but the tests in the Ukrainian premier league club Volyn Lutsk. That you did not address? "In truth, of which I was terribly disappointed. Gold Romania! The environment might still go, but the training facilities and preparing itself ... It was about nothing. We played a game against the keg, eleven to fourteen, and such things. Clothing was not the training, behavior towards players who came to the exam, none at all. Training before the match to be signed by a guy who was there two days, and after the game he tore up the contract and cancel everything. For this I was very disappointed after the first match I knew there So I do not want to stay. I immediately looked for a ticket to England. "
What are the Swindon forwards? Allow you to base? "They know me and know what they can expect. So I would have fit into the system. I feel that I really want. Two days before the game was brought to Oxford a striker with experience from the first English league (Leon Clarke), once played. I think I could understand him because they want to play two high players. "
Get on in Swindon today in the League Cup against Bristol City? "We'll see. It's also how fast it goes with my ITC, because I still have the Union in Romania. I hope it comes quickly and will not stretch it somehow. "
In England you are shifting straight from the Ukraine, all the necessary personal things you have? "Football and stuff on my football, but civil cases already running out ... (smiles) I have them for a week. Either I have to home, or buy, we see it. "
The thrill of your decision not Banik Ostrava fans. They believed that you could help the team. "I trained with the boys in Banik, for which leadership and I thank them. I was tempted to return, I wanted to help. But the priority was abroad. Still want to try out something to prove. "

Hey all,
Just found out Magera signed for Swindon, to my surprise too. He was a very well regarded player at Poli, a real fighter, great vision for the game and as strong as they come. His finishing generally left to be desired, but after being played as the 2nd striker or in the midfield most of the time, he didn't really get in finishing positions too often. Also, he can take free-kicks pretty well (something like:
) .
I'm sure he'll do great for Swindon. Frankly, I always thought he'd be well-suited for England.
Best of luck in this year's campaign!

Thanks pfa. Didn't know he could play in midfield too. Not sure where the goals are coming from this season though.

Clarke and Connell with Magera playing in behind may work. We do have about 60 strikers so I guess getting the right combination is going to take some time!

For this work I feel we would need to play with 3 at the back with McCormack and Ferry or Risser as holding midfielders with Ritchie and Gabilondo/Caddis as wingers playing deeper with magera sat in a forward attacking midfield role behind the top 2, very very attacking and PdC has given no indication so far that he prefers to play with 3 centre backs, even if Comazzi or Boateng as Catenaccio. far too Italian for this league!

Never ever mess about with formations in lower league English football particularly Div 4....keep it as simple as possible, and don't ask players to do what they're not capable of. Play 4-4-2. Unfortunately our problems in 2011, have been caused by players who are unable to do the very basics of football....

Nlo sure what Magera did not start last night's game, surely if PDC has said Clarke (maybe not now) and Magera will be first choice pairing then they have to have game time together to get that understanding going

I thought that too to be honest. I reckon the starting line up is decided via Paolo's tombola machine.
