What with Pericard first and then Magera, we now have a tradition of signing players with UCL experience.

Interview with him on STFC Player. Speaks fairly decent English.

He knows we're in "Liga 4" and wants to get back to "Liga 3"!

Well that's cleared that one up anyway - he isn't under the misapprehension L2 is the second tier of English football Roll Eyes

Exciting stuff. What's not to like! Fingers crossed for a debut strike vs The Shrews.

Tomorrow morning to read over your Cornflakes we'll have interviews with Czech and Romanian football writers over on The Washbag. They've offered their views on Lukas Magera, whether he really is the new Jan Koller and how much of a coup this signing is for STFC...

+1 to that, good perspectives to read. Sounds like the general consensus is surprise that he'd sign for us, which is nice! :-)

Sounds like he could be a very decent signing.

I hope he gets to play some part tonight.

International Clearance received.

I reckon he'll be on the bench.

Reading that article it Looks like we've made a good signing

This bit sounds familiar though

Timisoara lost him in their summer torment that saw the club relegated to the 2nd division for financial trouble (a reason that, if applied correctly and without exception, should reduce the first division from 18 to 2 or 3 teams!
