He knows we're in "Liga 4" and wants to get back to "Liga 3"!
Well that's cleared that one up anyway - he isn't under the misapprehension L2 is the second tier of English football  |

This bit sounds familiar though
Timisoara lost him in their summer torment that saw the club relegated to the 2nd division for financial trouble (a reason that, if applied correctly and without exception, should reduce the first division from 18 to 2 or 3 teams!
