Lanzano, most recently on the books of USD Gavorrana 1930 in Lega Pro 2 - the fourth tier in Italy, is a highly-rated 20-year-old who will become the fourth stopper in Town’s senior squad.
His arrival is likely to spark speculation that either Phil Smith or David Lucas could be on their way out of the County Ground.

Especially as there's no reserve league this season. Lucas has got to be on a fair amount so my money's on him leaving for pastures new. |

So one of Lucas or Smith is about to go? Hopefully it's Lucas. I suspect he's on more and as I've said previously, I think Smith is the better of the 2.

Four keeper without a reserveteam is pointless in the 4th division, so I guess this means bye bye Lucas or Smith - and I'd frankly be glad to see one of them go!

Even if Smith or Lucas are going, this seems pointless.
We would be left with either Smith or Lucas, with Scott as no2 and a youth team goalie to bench warm in emergencies.
Just can't understand this at all.
