What due process? so long as the company can show all staff are treated this way, and it's in accordance with their own policy, goodbye Mr Gray.  Regardless of the rights and wrongs, having yourself shown in public saying what he did constitutes gross misconduct I would imagine, no need for warnings.

I happen to think it's all bollocks, or tits, but that doesn't stop the sacking being completely defensible.  They got recorded saying stupid stuff in their workplace, Sky's name has been plastered everywhere in connection with it, Gray is history.
