I remember chris hays against port vale. Vale scored a 25 yarder that game, and some bloke a few rows in front of me started applauding. Looking back it was probably a sarcastic clap aimed at our defence, but at the time I thought it was an act of great sportingness.

Other than that the only other one I can remember was Parkins against wrexham, when we came back from 2 down to win 4-2. Oh, and Paynters against bournmouth when we won 4-1 a few seasons back.

I think the first one I saw must have been Sam Parkin. I started supporting us at a time when the chances of us scoring 3 in a game at all were slim, so it took a while to see a hattrick!

Not the first one I saw, but one that sticks in the mind was Steve Foley when we tonked Leicester 5-2. Great to see a midfielder getting forward like that.

I think this is the first one i saw, can't remember one before that.

Actually, scrub that, it was a good hat-trick but i remember Peter Coyne getting one against Northampton in 85 i think when we won 3-2, that was probably my first one.

And what a fucking atmosphere that was from us. Always used to love going to Watford with that terrace and low cover.

2 pens....the winning goal pen being conceded by Russell (Bender) Lewis, who completely needlessly handled with about 5 mins to go.

I believe Fjortoft and Parkin are the only two I've ever seen live.

I remember that, i was only 9, but it was quality that day.

Come to think it that was my first hattrick

Werent we 3-0 up after 20 mins or something?
