A bit of good old fashioned fingering in the corner of the Corny Bin. Was like being 16 again.

I think Avram Grant has probably become the first manager to take two different Premier League sides down in successive years, after Pompey last season.

Seeing a small boy walking through the town centre crying this afternoon and stopping to ask him if he was ok.  It turned out he'd lost his mum and had been wandering around for about 15 minutes looking for her.  With the help of a couple of lads working in Sports Direct, we reunited him with his by now completely hysterical mum about 10 minutes later.

I so nearly didn't stop, because I initially thought he was with the couple in front of him and was crying because he'd been told off or something.  I'm glad something made me change my mind.

My 6 year old nephew to his mum - "mummy, you're fully of loveliness"

My mum - "that's sweet, what am I full of?"

My nephew - "you're full of shit"

True story. Still makes me laugh two years later.

It was the reuniting part that gave me the feel good factor not the sight of the small crying lost boy.
