My mate who lives in Essex but worked in Swindon for a couple of years, went into a record shop in LA and bought a couple of XTC CDs. He went to pay for them and the bloke behind the counter was wearing an Andy Partridge T shirt. Seeing the CDs and the English accent, the guy asked my mate if he knew XTC. He said he didn't but had worked in Swindon. The LA guy was envious and they talked for a while about Swindon. |

Best band out of Wiltshire since Dave Dee,Dozy,Beaky,Mick and Tich! Seriously though, XTC were seriously good . Underrated,but not by fellow musicians. Never made a bad record |
