I guess everyone on the planet more or less has a passport whereas not everyone has a DL.

This is definitely a first world comment. I doubt if more than 15% of the world's population have a passport if that. A tiny fraction of the populations of China, India and most of the nation's in Africa have ever travelled abroad and that's a massive chunk of the world population. Actually most of the US never leave the country. I think it's only in Europe where most of us expect foreign travel.

On the passport office delays I think, for renewals at least it's not that bad now. Then online form and digital photobooth codes are easy to use and mine was back in less than 3 weeks. And I got progress texts throughout.

You are absolutely right, my comment was somewhat naieve and from a UK standpoint rather than the planet so fair play for picking me up on that!

I really like the slow pull back shot at the end to show the extent of the task.

Tis very satisfying but surely that can only happen X number of times until the plastics got no oil left and the seat is perennially fooked? I've always applied oil to car door handles etc. when restoring those in the past for that reason.

But then with the scale of the task maybe it's cheaper to replace the seats after 10 years...  Head Hurts

On a whim decided to open up a bottle of 2020 home made apple cider. Jesus Christ, it’s like Calvados not quiet as strong but blimey. Watered down with sparkling soda water. Yum yum.
