...they seem environmentally friendly and have been demonised by the press a bit like watching horror videos or mobile phone masts once were.

Don't buy cheap, crap versions but the real deal, get the laws about can you ride them on pavements, roads or cycle lanes sorted out and I think they are a winner.

Imagine a fleet of them going to an away game.
