Off on holiday to Turkey Wednesday. When I return we should have a new manager and I'll have avoided a fortnight of fuckwits talking bollocks.

it's OK, we'll make up for it when you get back

I got back from the game on Saturday bladdered and went out in Stroud and at the end of the night I somehow ended up at the Forest Green players penthouse. I was sat eating fried chicken with Jon Parkin at 5am and Aarran Racine (who was linked with us in the summer) fucked the bird I'd been trying to chat up for ages. Cunt.

This should be in the other thread but in the morning I spent an hour trapped in the lobby of aforementioned building. It's pretty secure and you need to scan cards on the doors to get about, I'd woken up before everyone else and thought I'd sneak out and avoid all the post night-out awkwardness with random people. I got to the front door and it wouldn't budge so I turned to go back upstairs but by then the door behind me had already locked into place. I tried to wait it out but I lost patience in the end and triggered the emergency door mechanism/alarm system, at 6am...

Call me immature but....

Maybe it's because it's 4am on my 2nd of 3 12 hour night shifts, or maybe it's because it's funny as fuck.

Clap Clap

Since deleted it

At least looks like he seems to be integrating into the group a little.

I have nothing to base it on apart from the fact that he seems to be the but of a lot of the stuff the players post on Twitter and the charity stuff he has done, but I get the impression that Belford, whatever his failings as a keeper is a nice bloke and good for the squad.

The pulling power of even a Conference footballer....or maybe she has a thing for 17th Century French dramatists.

I live next to an FGR player, Robert Sinclair. his brother Stuart plays for the Gasheads, both have fairly epic hipster beards.

One of my old lecturers (and Bogus Dave's) has recently been removed from his role at Swansea University, where we moved after we left Bath. Among the complaints against him was that referred to a former member of staff as "being generally a worthless, lazy, amoral sack of human garbage".

He always had a way with words.
