There's lifts and escalators to get you up hills. They're the best bit about it.

If I wanted that id go to Hong Kong, much better run of them

Couldn't agree more, I love listening to middle class people who have never had a real job in their lives telling me all about how life is for the working man!

Incidentally Corbyn is a Chippenham lad isn't he.
Rather have an upper class twat like Cameron do it instead?

Did I say that - bloody hell don't let this forum become like many others I frequent that if one dares to question Corbyn you are immediately a Tory??

However Cameron is an upper class twat, always an upper class twat and doesn't claim to be anything other than an  career politician upper class twat! Corbyn is a middle class twat and career politician who preaches about the problems of poverty, the poor and working class - all things he will have never experienced in his life - whilst never (as far as I can tell) ever having had a 'real' job.

Politicians are politicians I just take offence at being patronised and preached to by them, whatever colour they represent when they have never actually worked in the real world....

The apparent difference between Corbyn and the others is that he actually believes the crap he spouts.

As indeed am I. Hotbed of radical socialism is Chippenham. I can see where he gets it from.

The seething populace brought to boiling point over the opening times of the open air swimming pool, the crumbling fabric and the seeds of inner town violence sown within the walls of Hardenhuish School.

The early degradation of the local youth by allowing Roxy Music to play the  Neeld Hall in 1970.

Someone once dropped litter FFS and I'm sure there is an early piece of graffiti stating 'Rosy fingered Alison'.

Its changing.  The tide of socialism is sweeping in to Chippenham.  The labour vote was massively increased in the last election.

Next time we might even come 3rd.

In the meantime as a lefty Ill continue my lonely search for a guardian in a town full of the torygraph and daily heil.

There are always those who are happy to doff their cap to the upper classes....happy to accept as the likes of Cameron and Osborne believe, they're, born to rule. Noblesse oblige.

Seeing as I'm wired whilst on Tramadol (which doesn't seem to make me drowsy whatsoever), laying in bed watching Monday Night Football (NFL).
