Not a bad signing for that level, but Barnett is massively overrated. I saw Appleton has been praising Danny Hylton's goal contribution.. I looked into it a bit, and he's basically a Danny Kedwell.. all penno's. Maybe Barnett can help him take a few.

Peterborough fans can't stand Barnett and claim he's utterly useless.

I noticed Hylton has been scoring a lot of penalties this season.

Peterborough fans aren't the best of arbiters, what with their decrying of Cooper as a hoofball merchant.

Not saying Barnett isn't shit (I hope to god he is), but...

To be fair I did take the piss out of the Posh fans I know when they signed him.

Having seen him play against us for Crawley a couple of time I didn't think he was much good.
They now all agree.

As for Cooper (or any manager) surely they play the type of football that best suits the players they have. On the basis that Power is keen that we sign players that are good on the ball it would be a bit stupid to hoof it.

The posh team when Cooper was there were better suited to direct football. In fact they relied on that a lot last season with Umbongo-longo up front.

Having 2 Lancaster Bombers, 2 Spitfires and a Hurriance fly over my office in formation.

Love the Goodwood Revival.

Sweet, really wanted to see the two Lancs, but couldn't find a show I could go to that they'd be at.

I nearly did, we were at Bournemout air show last week but the Canadian Lancaster didn't pass its fitness to fly certificate so it was just a couple of Spitfires and the Lanc that flew in formation.
